Palm Soy Donut Fry Shortening, 50#

Created from a blend of domestic soy oil and imported palm oil, this shortening does not require hydrogenation, therefore enabling a “cleaner label”. The soy/palm blend delivers good glaze and icing adherence, a less “palmy” flavor, and results in limited fryer smoking.
